You feel confused by all the mixed messages about food
You barely have 30 minutes a day to think about food
You're tired of cringing when you hear “What’s for dinner?”
You hate that your veggies keep going bad and have to be trashed
You want to eat better, but feel like you're failing

I was never motivated to cook for myself, oftentimes I would opt for something quick and easy such as take out or other kinds of fast food. Very rarely did I have the willingness to try something new. I was also under the impression that healthier cooking automatically meant more difficult, labor intensive and expensive but under Joni's guidance, I found that clean, healthy eating can be simple and affordable!
Thank you, Joni. My sessions with you have helped immensely with staying on track.
OMG this is incredible, Joni. I never thought I'd be able to cook something like this - thank you.
